The University of Abuja (UNIABUJA) is now accepting applications for the 2025 Contact Session of its Part-Time Postgraduate and Sandwich Degree Programmes. These programs include the Master of Education (MEd) and Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) in various fields. Interested candidates must apply before 30th April 2025.

MEd Programmes (Sandwich – 24 Months)

• Guidance and Counselling
• Social Studies Education

MEd Programmes (Part-Time – 30 Months)

• Educational Psychology
• Language Education
• Science Education

Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE)

• Mode: Part-Time
• Duration: 18 Months
• Requirement: First Degree or HND in a teaching subject

Admission Requirements

For MEd Programmes:

• Five O’Level credits, including English and Mathematics (max of two sittings).
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant education field with at least a Second-Class Lower Division.
• A first degree in any discipline plus a PGDE from a recognized institution.
