- Venue: Directorate of Examinations, Admissions, and Records, New Campus, BUK
Required Documents
Students must bring the following documents, both in original and photocopies:
- JAMB Admission Letter
- BUK Admission Letter
- JAMB Acknowledgment Slip (for Direct Entry candidates)
- BUK Acknowledgment Slip (for Direct Entry candidates)
- JAMB Result Slip (for UTME candidates)
- A-Level Statement of Result (for Direct Entry candidates)
- O-Level Statement of Result and Online Print (SSCE)
- O-Level Result Checker Card (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, NBAIS, etc.)
- NECO Result Checking Token (for NECO June/July 2019 candidates)
- Primary School Leaving Certificate or Testimonial (Optional)
- Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
- Completed Undertaking Form
- Payment Receipt for Acceptance Fees
- Certificate of Medical Fitness
- Two recent passport photographs
