Step-by-Step Registration Process

Step 1: Collect Placement Form

• Visit the School of Basic Studies to collect your placement form.

Step 2: Collect Clearance Form

• Head to your assigned department to collect the clearance form.

Step 3: Obtain Customised Tellers

• Visit the Unit School Accountant to collect customised tellers for the following payments:
  • Departmental Registration: ₦1,000
  • School Registration: ₦2,000
  • Clinic Registration: ₦2,000
  • Union Dues: ₦1,200

Step 4: Make Payments

• Proceed to the designated Microfinance Bank to make the required payments.

Step 5: Collect Official Receipt

• Visit the Old Admin Block at the School of Management Studies (S.M.S.) to collect your official receipt.

Step 6: Submit Documents to M.I.S.

• Submit photocopies of the following documents to the M.I.S. representative at your unit school:
  • Placement Form
  • Clearance Form
  • Previous Payment Receipt (authenticated copy)
  • Official Receipts

Step 7: Complete Online Registration

• Log in to your student account to:
  • Pay the Central Registration Fee
  • Print receipts, Course Registration Form (C.R.F.), and Student Examination Card

Step 8: Authenticate Payments

• Visit the Bursary Department to authenticate your payments.

Step 9: Medical Screening

• Proceed to the clinic for your medical screening.

Step 10: ID Card Payment

• Visit the Consultancy Unit at Central Administration to pay for your student ID card.

Step 11: Departmental Documentation

• Submit photocopies of your credentials along with two recent passport photographs to your department for final documentation.
