Umaru Musa Yar’adua University (UMYU) has officially released the first batch of its Direct Entry Admission List for the 2024/2025 academic session. Successful candidates can now proceed with the screening and registration process by following the steps outlined below.
How to View the UMYU Admission List
To check the Direct Entry Admission List, visit the UMYU First Direct Entry Admission List page on the university’s official website.
Candidates whose names appear on the list should take the necessary actions to confirm and secure their admission.
Steps for Accepted Candidates
- Visit the Payment of Acceptance Fee page.
- Pay the approved acceptance fee.
- Print your admission letter and Form 01.
- Proceed to the Office of the Registrar, Academic Division, for screening and verification.
Screening and Verification Details
- Date: Monday, 6th January 2025 – Monday, 20th January 2025.
- Venue: Office of the Registrar, Academic Division, Senate Building.
Documents to Bring for Screening
Candidates must present the following documents during the screening process:
- Printed admission letter.
- Completed Form 01.
- Payment receipt for the acceptance fee.
- Original and photocopies of credentials.
- WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB scratch card for online result verification.
Central Registration Information
Only candidates who successfully complete the screening and verification process will be eligible for central registration. The date for the commencement of central registration will be announced soon.
