How to Apply for FUTIA Post UTME Form 2024/2025

- Visit the application portal: Go to https://portal.futia.edu.ng.
- Click “Click here to apply” on the homepage.
- Select “Undergraduate” from the top menu.
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number and click “Continue”.
- Fill in your personal details including a valid email and phone number.
- On the payment summary page, click “Make Payment”.
- Pay the ₦2,000 application fee using your ATM card (Visa, MasterCard, or Verve).
- Enter the OTP sent to your phone to complete the payment.
- After successful payment, return to the portal and log in using your JAMB Registration Number and your Surname as password.
- Complete your application and upload all required documents.
- Print your application slip and payment receipt for reference.
Important Notice
- Candidates offered provisional admission must accept their admission within four (4) weeks on the JAMB CAPS portal.
